The event is looking to be held Spring 2013. 

It will feature bands, visual artists, writers, films, skillshares and workshops; it is organized by volunteers with-in a radical feminist mind set. 

It will be a three day music and art festival that will be the best thing to grace the Albany, NY in a long time. Raised funds will go towards music and art programming for girls and gender-nonconforming youth in the Capital District.

Ladyfest is committed to having the organizational committee inclusive of different Capital District communities and racial backgrounds. At least 50% of the committee must be POC. We are also 100% committed to fun and having a blast.
